Meet the too cute Buckaroo-----This boy is approx 2 years old and weighs in at about 25 pounds so is on the larger side for a small dog----but a great size to be a walking buddy and load up in the car to join his family----He has the most soulful brown eyes and a darling guy--He has the spunky terrier type personality--loves to be gently petted and is very nice on the leash---While he is a great little guy--we feel he would be happier in an adult home or one with older kids---He has a longish body and shorter legs that remind us some of the dandie dinmont and a cute little tuft of curly white hair on the top of his head--looks a little like a wig !! ---has been doing great with his housetraining and has not shown to be a big chewer or too mischivieous . A really great boy who has lots of love to give and is easy to have around----he does like to bark at cats--so a no cat home would be his preference. He is fostered with other dogs---enjoys the companies of the other pups in his foster home--can be a little cautious meeting new people but does well with them once he knows they are ok

About Our Rescue Group...
We pull dogs from shelters when their time is up or the shelter is so overcrowded that dogs will need to be put down to make room. We work with a number of local shelters and find wonderful homes for our precious rescues.

Our adoption fee is $275.00
Some home visits may be required before adoptions are approved.

We are a non profit 501(c)(3) based in Alvin, Santa Fe, and Hitchcock Texas. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, fully vaccinated, micro-chipped and heartworm treated if needed. They are all in foster homes where they can be evaluated to see what home setting they are best suited to. All applications are screened carefully and great homes chosen.
