IF YOU KNOW WHERE BRAD IS PLEASE CONTACT US
Brad Pit Bull is a BIG 7yr Pit Bull. He ended up at a shelter in a city with a pit bull ban - twice. Now he is finally safe and ready for a new home.
Brad is just a gentle giant. He is very mellow and well behaved and just rolls with whatever is going on. He does great with other dogs, and actually likes to kiss the girl dogs right on the mouth. Even the male dogs love Brad Pit Bull, and he is very gentleman like when he tells him he is not interested. He does great with everyone. He LOVES people and kids and does the wiggle booty dance. He is not overwhelming or a bulldozer with the children either. He passed all of the evaluation tests at the shelter, but could not go up for adoption bcs of his breed.
Brad is very sweet and still has a lot of life left in him. He loves to go for walks and ride in the car. He hops right in and is ready to go. His foster says he is the best male dog he has ever fostered. Loves everyone and just rolls with evertything. Just all around a good boy. He does have entropin in is eyes and does require minor surgery. He will be having that done very soon and should recover within a few days.
Brad Pit Bull is beautiful and sweet and such a gentleman, he is ready for a home to call his very own - and for the rest of his life this time.

MISSION STATEMENT
Our Mission is to help abandoned, lost and suffering animals through rescue, shelter and public education. We will raise and hold funds for those not able to speak for themselves. Working alone or with other rescue organizations, shelters and animal welfare groups, we will be their advocates for rehoming, veterinary services and humane treatment, regardless of species, breed or age.
WE HAVE NO PAID STAFF AND MOST OF OUR VOLUNTEERS HAVE REGULAR JOBS AND A FAMILY. ALL DONATIONS AND ADOPTION FEES GO DIRECTLY TO THE ANIMALS TAKEN IN BY THE RESCUE. HFA RESCUES MANY OLDER, SICK, AND SPECIAL NEEDS ANIMALS ALONG WITH THE PIT BULLS. WE SPEND A LOT OF TIME CARING FOR THEM AS WELL AS WORKING ON ADOPTING THEM OUT TO WONDERFUL HOMES. PLEASE BE PATIENT WHEN LEAVING A MESSAGE OR FILLING OUT AN APPLICATION.
We greatly appreciate any donation. We are funded strictly by donation and grants. We do not receive any county, state or federal funding. For your convenence we do do have PayPal available on our rescue web site www.hfaccr.org under the "Donation" tab. Thank you!
We have mobile pet adoptions at several locations. Please check our rescue web site home page at www.hfaccr.org for dates and times. We also make arrangements for individual "meet and greets" that will accomodate both the foster family and potential adopter.
Adoption applications can be completed at: www.hfaccr.org
Our adoption fee for puppies is $200 and adult dogs $150. Kittens are $100 and adult cats $75. We only accept cash for adoption fees. An adoption contract is required for all adoptions.
A $50.00 spay/neuter deposit is required for puppies and kittens as well as a spay/neuter contract. All puppies and kittens will be spayed/neutered within 90 days of adoption. The deposit can be by check and the check is returned when the rescue pet is spayed/neutered.
All rescue pets 5 months and older will be spayed/neutered PRIOR to adoption.
Hope For Animals is an all volunteer, 501(c)(3) no kill rescue based in Georgetown Colorado. We have foster homes throughout Colorado. We do not have a facility. We help animals in the Clear Creek County community as well as several other cities and counties in Colorado and throughout the Midwest. Many of our rescue pets come from kill shelters and puppy mills.
