My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Dakota, he is smaller than average Golden mix.

Dakota is a sweet little guy and very cute. He was recently neutered, but is so anxious to get going and to play! He has been enjoying playtime with his foster siblings and loves to run and jump in his foster families large backyard.

Dakota sleeps in a large crate at night and typically goes in on his own. A small treat will do the trick if he is a bit hesitant! He sleeps through the night and is a quiet boy. There are no early mornings with this guy, he likes to sleep in!

Dakota has been around young children and does fine. He is bit of a chewer; he does better when he has doggie toys near by to keep him occupied. Dakota has been hanging out with his foster siblings throughout the day and sometimes goes off alone. He has been very good in the house and no barking thus far. Dakota understands when enough is enough with his foster siblings. Dakota is smart and would benefit from some training.

Dakota is on the slim side and he does eat sparingly. A good feeding schedule will help get this guy back on track.

Dakota is a really sweet little guy and would make a great family dog!
