Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Babs! Babs is an 5 or 7 year old blue-tick beagle, weighing in at 21lbs, with one or two pounds left to gain. Babs is one of the sweetest little dogs you ever want to meet. She didn’t have the best start in life and has some scars to prove it, but Babs is learning to LOVE a human touch and will sit next to you for petting. Babs is a little shy but warms up to people very quick. She does have some work to do on her confidence, but in the house or yard that she knows is her territory, she is doing okay. Out on walks is still kind of scary because there are so many unknown noises, such as trains, cars, bikes, skateboards, etc. Babs recently had some dental work done and it was discovered through a blood test she has Eurlichosis, a tick-borne disease, which is being treated with a course of antibiotics. She doesn’t mind the cats and other dogs. She hasn’t been around children much but she might do best in a quiet home without a lot noise or loud voices. Everyone that has met Babs has fallen in love, you will too.
