Plato's Story...
If you are interested in viewing or adopting this kitty, please go to www.orphankittenrescue.com/adopt and fill out an application.

Plato is one of the friendliest cats you will meet. He loves to be picked up and cuddled which is amazing for a feral kitten. He is smart and has the cutest coloring, as if he were wearing a tux for the evening, including little black spots for cufflinks -- but no tails for this little guy. He is probably going to have medium-long hair but his tail will be very short. You see Plato was found with a broken tail He is neither needy nor scratchy, and he is very affectionate.

We recommend that Plato be adopted with his brother Silverado.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Plato, a Vancouver Domestic Mediumhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Vancouver, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair kitten from a breeder in Vancouver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Vancouver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Vancouver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Vancouver paves the way for another one to be saved.
