June's Story...
Meet June. This lovely girl had been at the shelter for far too long when we picked her up. Though she has no tail her wiggle butt gives everything away. This girl will play for hours, she is great with other dogs, and other animals in general. Her foster mom takes care of a wide array of animals including pigs and geese. June does great with all of the animals and is working on basic obedience, she is very smart and learns quickly. With a little more time and patience this girl will go far. She is also good with children but because of her energy level we would suggest 10+ Please consider giving our sweet June a home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

June, a Scottsdale Australian Shepherd/American Staffordshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd/American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in Scottsdale, or seeking a Australian Shepherd/American Staffordshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Scottsdale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Scottsdale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Scottsdale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd/American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with Australian Shepherd/American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Scottsdale paves the way for another one to be saved.
