Zoey's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Zoey's Story...
Zoey just turned one year old. She was adopted as a HART puppy, but has been returned because her owner had to take a second job and didn’t have enough time for her. Zoey is completely housebroken. She loves to play with other dogs, so if you are looking for a companion for your dog, Zoey could be the right one! She would do best with a fenced yard. Zoey also likes to snuggle, especially before bedtime. She is just an all-around good girl. Do you have time for Zoey in your life?
Zoey is microchipped, spayed & up to date on her shots & vaccines. Please complete an online application at www.rescueahart.org if you'd like to meet her. Thanks!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Zoey, a Cincinnati Whippet/Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Whippet/Beagle for sale in Cincinnati, or seeking a Whippet/Beagle dog from a breeder in Cincinnati.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cincinnati already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cincinnati breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Whippet/Beagle breeders who help with Whippet/Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cincinnati paves the way for another one to be saved.
