Norman's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Norman's Story...
Norman is a big, sweet, cuddly, calm, mellow and well-mannered, 65-pound, two-year-old, male Am Staff Terrier with warm brown eyes looking for a loving guardian. Norman was rescued from Gary, Indiana, after being found as a stray. He has a big handsome, kind face and he even gives kisses. He gets along well with other dogs, even as small as a Chihuahua. He also loves people and walks well on leash. He knows the commands sit, down and stay and takes treats gently from your fingers. Norman is healthy, de-wormed, neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, micro-chipped, and recently treated for heartworm. Norman’s adoption fee of $250 benefits the rescued dogs of Pals Place. To meet and possibly adopt him, please contact Sandi at sandifitz@yahoo.com or 773-991-4004.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Norman, a Chicago American Staffordshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in Chicago, or seeking a American Staffordshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Chicago.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chicago already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chicago breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chicago paves the way for another one to be saved.
