Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Grizzly-aka Griz- is a Golden Retriever/Chow mix. He was found starving and a matted mess. His tagless collar was so tight, it was starting to embed in his skin- so he had probably been on his own for a while. Of course he had heartworms, which are being treated and he will be ready for his new home mid-September. He is a healthy 60lbs and a wonderful dog. He is housebroken, not much of a barker and prefers to sleep by the door. He is good with kids and other dogs (except very small ones). Overall, Griz has a calm demeanor and exhibits more of the Golden Retriever personality. He is very sweet and loving and is patiently waiting for his forever home.
