Silver's Story...
My name is Silver and I am a gorgeous medium hair kitty. I may look scared in the picture but I really just want to play! I was rescued from the city shelter just in time. They were running out of room and I had not yet been a lucky one to find a home. But luckily Buster's Friends saved me from deaths row! Now I just want to find a loving home to spend my timeless kitty hours! Won't you consider giving me a chance?

Silver is updated on shots, spayed, dewormed, microchipped, and FIV/FELV negative. Her adoption fee is $85.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Silver, a Houston Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Houston, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Houston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Houston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Houston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Houston paves the way for another one to be saved.
