Tess lived in a home for two years and sadly her family had to give her up. Tess is the most loyal girl and if you are lucky enough to make her part of your family you will never have more love. She would do best in a low traffic home. Tess has a very mellow personality and really just wants someone to snuggle with. She does well with younger submissive dogs but would prefer to be an only dog. Tess was adopted when she was a puppy and you can read her story from then below. She now again finds herself looking for a new home.
4/11/10 Tess is a survivor. She made it out of the Fresno SPCA and into ACT, bringing with her the parvo virus. After a week of treatment in her foster home, Tess recovered and is now back to perfect health! She's all puppy -- bouncy, playful, and energetic. At night she cuddles up calmly with her foster family on the couch (and in the bed, if they'll let her). She LOVES people and is very affectionate. With her soulful eyes and permanently perked-up ears, it's hard not to fall in love with this little girl. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.
All animals adopted from ACT are spayed/neutered, given age-appropriate vaccinations, dewormed, and microchipped prior to adoption. Every pet adoption comes with a free health exam in the first two weeks, provided by Pet Medical Center, Fresno, http://petmedcenterfresno.com/
