Muppet's Story...
Meet the one and only Muppet! This beautiful girl is about a year old, spayed, fully vaccinated and tested negative for FIV and feline leukemia. Muppet is very unique – her long fur has shades of white, grey, silver and beige. She is super-friendly and loves to be with people. She gets along fine with other cats, too. Muppet is on a special diet (d/d) and needs a pinch of tylan powder in her food every day to keep her colitis under control. She is well worth the extra effort! She’s a perfect lady in the litter box and just such a happy cat, so gorgeous and playful and affectionate. Please give Muppet the forever home she deserves!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Muppet, a Jenkintown Maine Coon cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maine Coon for sale in Jenkintown, or seeking a Maine Coon cat from a breeder in Jenkintown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Jenkintown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Jenkintown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maine Coon breeders who help with Maine Coon rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Jenkintown paves the way for another one to be saved.
