Attie's Story...
This is Attie she is a beautiful sweet little girl who enjoys relaxing on the bed with you. Her caregiver has lost their home and now Attie along with her mom Jewel and brother Squirt have found themselves homeless and confused .

We have this little family in foster care at the moment where they are being loved and cared for. But Attie needs You to give her a safe forever home with

someone who loves her enough to take her with them even if times are tough.

Please call Jill at the number below and ask about this little love bug named Attie, tell her you want to give Attie that forever home.

You can visit me 7 days a week at PetSmart in Bethlehem / Winder, Georgia. We are over in the cat section of the store, just look for me in my pretty hammack.

You can also call Altered Feral State if you want more information on me, just ask for

Jill (770) 876-0659 or

Stacie (678) 725-7840

And of course all the nice people at PetSmart will be glad to help you adopt me here at the store. At Altered Feral State, we work with feral cat colonies. All of our kittens were removed from the colonies and completely socialized when they are less than 8 weeks old. We don't offer them for adoption until they have been tested, vaccinated and spayed or neutered.

Our adoption fee of $75 only covers a very small portion of our costs, but to us, it's all about finding the best home for these wonderful kitties.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Attie, a Monroe Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Monroe, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Monroe.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Monroe already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Monroe breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Monroe paves the way for another one to be saved.
