Bailey's Story...
Hi! I'm Bailey! I am a sweet girl that will make the PERFECT pet! I was found as a stray and a kind couple picked me up and has cared for me. The vet thinks I am an adult (over 5 years old) and have lived on the streets for a little while b/c my teeth are worn down but that doesn't slow me down! I weigh about 17 lbs so I would make the perfect lap pet. I am laid back and just want to be loved on, and I promise, I will love you more than you could ever imagine. I am great around kids and other dogs. I haven't been around cats in my new home but I have a very laid back personality. I love to sleep in my humans bed, and they don't mind either ;) If you're interested in meeting me, please fill out an application at www.savinggraceanimalrescue.com under the Forms tab!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bailey, a Birmingham Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Birmingham, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Birmingham.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Birmingham already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Birmingham breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Birmingham paves the way for another one to be saved.
