Rudy's Story...
Rudy is a super friendly and affectionate guy, who loves people and would like nothing more than to cuddle with you on the couch. He's very people-oreinted and even though he's a big boy, he's got a sensitive personality and loving spirit. Rudy is a responsive sweetheart, sensitive to correction - he already knows how to sit on command and walk politely on a leash. Since he wants to please you so much, he'd do well in training classes. He'd be a great camper with your family and would love some boys or teens to play with! Rowdy would also prefer a home without cats as they are a bit challenging for him. If you are interested in meeting Rudy, please call Lynn Howe at 916 652 4164 for more information.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rudy, a Auburn Labrador Retriever/Shar Pei dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Shar Pei for sale in Auburn, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Shar Pei dog from a breeder in Auburn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Auburn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Auburn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Shar Pei breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Shar Pei rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Auburn paves the way for another one to be saved.
