Tasha's Story...
Courtesy posting: Hi! My name is Tasha and in my youth, I was a pet therapy dog! I've lived with small children and toddler and I really like them - I'm gentle and respectful of the little guys! I'm an obedient gal, I know how to come when you call me, sit, stay, and I can even shake. I'm already spayed and I prefer a home where I can be the focus of your attention as I'm less tolerant of other dogs now. I'd like to be an inside dog with a family to love. I love to play, and also lay around and be with you. If you take me for a walk, I'm very grateful. Please call our cell at (916) 371-0777.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tasha, a Auburn Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Auburn, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Auburn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Auburn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Auburn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Auburn paves the way for another one to be saved.
