My name is Kathy, I'm approximately 4-5 years old and I'm spayed and up to date on vaccines. I very much want a home to call my own.
I was fortunate enough to be pulled from Miami Dade Animal Control and brought to safety and the kind folks at The Dog House boarding facility in Pompano, Florida have been providing me with food and shelter ever since BUT I've been here for months now and I really, really need a home to call my own...The plan that was in place to 'rescue' me sort of fell apart so I don't have anybody in particular looking out for me...I need networking; I need to find my happily forever after...I seem to have been forgotten because I'm no longer in a high kill shelter anymore but even though I'm out of harms way I am still living a kennel life day in and day out; barely being walked and I'm really in need of love and affection and a forever home.
PLEASE consider opening you heart and your home to me...I'd love to live out the rest of my days with a family...If even you are only willing to foster me for the time being to get me out into society and socialization, I'd thank you with doggy kisses every day...I don't want to live the rest of my life in a cage.
