Big Boy's Story...
Big Boy's is one of seven yorkies whose owner suddenly passed away. He is just 3 years old and weighs lbs. As you can see from his face, he is just the sweetest young man. He is slightly timid at first, but warms up shortly after meeting you. He has the cutest under bite and his appearance reminds us of Chewbacca from Star Wars. Big Boy loves to be apart of the crowd with all his foster siblings and gets along great with everyone including children! He is working very hard on remembering to go potty outside, and wears a diaper when inside to reinforce training. A fenced in yard is important for Big Boy because he likes to run very fast and far when outside. Big Boys life, as he knew it for the past 3 years, has been turned upside down. We would love to find him a calm, loving family to settle in with very soon. If you think your family is a fit with Big Boy, please fill out an application below!

Big Boy, a Cincinnati Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier for sale in Cincinnati, or seeking a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Cincinnati.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cincinnati already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cincinnati breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier breeders who help with Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cincinnati paves the way for another one to be saved.
