Heidi is a sweet 3 year old dachshund, poodle mix at about 14 lbs. She loves to cuddle up next to her person for pets and belly rubs. She lays her head on master's chest to give kisses. Heidi is quiet and laid back inside and does well with dogs, cats and children. She is house trained and knows "sit". She is low to the ground and has a loosely curly coat with grey undertones - very beautiful and unusual! Her coat will require regular cuts from an experienced groomer. The best home for Heidi will be one that can provide regular grooming and plenty of lap time.
Heidi and other dogs can be seen at the adoption events in Petsmart on Shepherd and Alabama held every Saturday and Sunday 11am - 4pm.
