My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hey, everyone, my name is Lotus and I'm a very happy girl as you can tell by my big grin! I'm a blue pit bull with a pretty, soft blue coat and I'm just 2 1/2 years old but I'm already looking for a new home. My owner took good care of me as you can see by my physique. He brought me up north with him but then he decided that he needed to go back to school and I couldn't go with him. I stayed with his mom on the farm for a while but I didn't know that playing with the chickens is not a good thing and mom said I had to go. So now I'm at the shelter where every day there are lots of dogs to play with, but I still want to have some people all my own to love!

I'm a sweet, loveable girl with everyone I meet and I like to have my belly scratched. You can pet me while I eat and I am just fine with it. I love to go on walks on a training harness. I get along very well with the other dogs at play time even though some can be pretty rowdy, but I especially seem to like the boys, the bigger the better! I am spayed and up-to-date on my shots and I'm all ready to hop in the car and go home with you!
