My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Jack. Jack is a 3 year old red and black German Shepherd Dog. He was an owner surrender so he is a little unsure of what is going on right now. His owner is elderly and could no longer care for him. Jack has the typical energy of a German Shepherd. Loves to play and keep busy but by no means is he hyperactive. He LOVES to play ball as you can see by his video and will bring the ball back to you!! Which is always a plus. He will even let you take it out of his mouth, he is very gentle that way. He walks well on a leash and is easily trainable. We do not know much more about his personality since he just arrived. We do know he got along well with a female dog but not so much with a new large male dog. So if you do have another dog in the home, we urge you to bring your dog with you to meet Jack. Jack is extremely handsome, just needs to pack on a few pounds. The man we got him from has only had him since February, so he has been bounced around a bit. So only serious applicants apply, we need to find this guy a PERMANENT home!
