DOB appx April 15, 2005. DSH orange classic/white male, (his sister Ruby the calico is adopted). Roscoe's markings look like giraffe markings, and he has an orange mustache :)
Roscoe and his sister were falling out of a trash truck at the dump (they were falling out with the trash), and some nice workers saw them, and called PAWS. This guy rode in the truck to the landfill!!!!
Roscoe loves attention. He loves to play even more! Gets along with all other cats, & has been around gentle dogs.
Roscoe is very curious and wants to be wherever the 'action' is. He's a great alarm clock and will make sure you are up by 7am :)
The eye specialist says his left eye will always need daily eye drops. The drops cost about $2 a month. We have tried going without the drops, and his eye starts to look pink again on day 3.

2012 Update: Roscoe has been diagnosed with IBD (inflammatory bowel disease) so he is on a special raw diet. This plus a probiotic have helped him immensely and he is putting on weight and feeling awesome, he's zooming around the foster room again. He still occasionally has gut cramps, poor guy.
August 2012 Update: Wow, what a change in this kitty! Roscoe is now fully on a raw diet and has completely firm stool and zero gut cramps (unless he gets into someone else's food by mistake!). He's back to his old self and has gained about 4 pounds!!
Roscoe could be adopted if the adopter agrees to keep him on raw diet (he enjoys rabbit and will not touch the chicken - rabbit is only a few cents more expensive, though). He also requires 2 daily eyedrops.
