Hello Everyone!
My name is Linus and I’m an adorable and affectionate little Bichon boy of two, who is as sweet and playful as I am loveable. Mom says that my Aunties at Bichon FurKids named me well – and that my name stands for “Loving- Indomitable- Nimble-Unbelievably Sweet and Smart. “ I’m not sure what ‘indomitable’ means but Mom says you’ll understand that when you learn a bit more about me. So please read on!
I'm an easy-going, friendly guy who gets along with just about anybody. Adults? Check! Dogs? Check. Cats? Probably Check. You get the idea, right? One of my favorite things to do is to play… with other small dogs or people; it doesn't matter to me! I'm a happy boy, loving and very sweet little guy (about 14 pounds!).
Dad says I’m completely housebroken (I go to the door to let Mom and Dad know when I want to go out!) adaptable and that I like to play (more about that in a minute.) Both Mom and Dad agree that I learn and adapt quickly. They say I’m so smart they sometimes think I'm doing calculus in my head. (I think they’re pretty smart too -- and funny!)
Now, about being playful…. One of my favorite toys is my stuffed key! I like to play fetch with it. And if no one is around to play with me, I just toss my toys in the air and catch them. I also like to play with my doggie foster brother! We run up and down the stairs, chase each other around the house and yard! I REALLY like it when I can get him to play (and to share toys!)
I also like to hang out where the "action" is, whether it’s watching TV, working on the computer or reading a book. While I enjoy action, I also enjoy quiet time and cuddling! And with Mom, Dad, my doggie foster brother I get lots of practice cuddling!
I also love to go on walks and rides in the car. I enjoy all the sights, smells and sounds around me. I’m also crate trained and bark occasionally. I’m also big into belly rubs (and very convincing too!) Now Mom says to tell you something that may surprise you. I do all of this with only three legs. You see when my Aunties found me I had been in something called an accident. As a result I have only three legs. But when they took one look at my eyes, I looked straight into their hearts – and that was it. They told me I was going to have the bestest family in the world someday.
