Olivier's Story...
Olivier is a very lovable, gentle, snuggly, social, friendly and extremely sweet six-month-old, male kitten looking for a loving guardian. Olivier is a flame-point Siamese. His mom passed away and he was raised from a young age without her. He loves the company of other cats. He’s fun and playful, and are great with his litter box usage. He is living in a foster home and enjoy lounging with his foster mom as she works on her computer. Olivier and his brother kitten have been through a lot in their short lives and would love to be adopted as a pair. But, he may be adopted individually if you have another young playful cat at home to keep him company. Olivier and Dandelion are very healthy, neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, micro-chipped, and virus-tested. To meet and possibly adopt them, please contact Charlie at cpropsom@sbcglobal.net or 773-743-5760. Their adoption fee of $95 each benefits the rescued pets of Friends of Chicago Animal Care and Control.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Olivier, a Chicago Siamese cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siamese for sale in Chicago, or seeking a Siamese cat from a breeder in Chicago.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chicago already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chicago breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siamese breeders who help with Siamese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chicago paves the way for another one to be saved.
