Chase's Story...
I have been chasing love but it keeps getting away from me. I get so close, and then it just disappears. I am emboldened now more than I have ever been. I feel it is close, I know it is close, I will get get close enough to grab it! I will try harder than ever, I promise. Yes I need work on my house training, and promise to do better if you work with me. I think it would be awesome if you would continue my crate training, that way I can be on my own and not disappoint either of us. I love to snuggle and I am a great blanket warmer. I get along with other dogs, gentle children and cats, but I do like to play, so if they are game then so am I! I’ll let you in on one of my greatest secrets…. I really wanna be a race car driver! I know, it is kinda silly but I love car rides, or just sitting in the car. My dream is to be the first canine driver in the NASCAR series. So sit back, buckle up, because the Chase is on!

21 months old-9lbs. My adoption fee is $180 and includes; neuter, microchip, reduced cost training class, free veterinary exam ,1 month pet health insurance, leash/collar, food sample, toy & Treat packet.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chase, a Portland Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Portland, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
