Bruno's Story...
Introducing Bruno! How could anyone resist that handsome face? You can't help but smile when you first meet this quirky boy. Bruno found himself in a tight spot, but thanks to ARF, he has a second chance at life. Now, he is anxious to find a family that will love him forever. Around 40 lbs., Bruno is a 3 year old pointer/hound mix who adoress every person he meets, and especially enjoys hanging out with canine companions big and small. In fact, he would do best in a home with another dog or two that could keep him company.

Bruno is still a young guy and has lots of energy, so he would love to find an equally active family to keep him entertained. He has been to some training classes and has a blast running the agility courses! But don’t let his goofy nature fool you, he also loves to cuddle and is convinced that he is a lap dog! Most of all, Bruno is a loving pup who wants to be someone's best friend. Would you consider making his dreams come true? We can guarantee he will be the most unique dog on the block!

If you would like to give Bruno his forever home, contact his adoption consultant, Debby, at 440-527-4926 or Bruno is hanging out in a foster home, so she will set up a visit.

** The adoption fee helps to cover the general veterinarian check-up, heartworm test, spay/neuter, basic vaccinations, rabies vaccination, worming, flea preventative, and microchip that all dogs adopted through Berea ARF receive prior to going into their new home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bruno, a Berea Pointer/Hound (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pointer/Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Berea, or seeking a Pointer/Hound (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Berea.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Berea already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Berea breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pointer/Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Pointer/Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Berea paves the way for another one to be saved.
