Harley's Story...
Harley is a handsome two year old Shiba Inu who is about 21lbs.Harley was surrendered by his owner because he was moving out of state and could not take Harley with him. Harley is such a sweet dog and loves lounging on the floor. He gets along great with dogs and loves to run around with them outside. He would do best in a home with someone that can take him on a run everyday. Harley also adores people and gets along with everybody and would do well in a home with kids.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Harley, a Worcester Shiba Inu dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shiba Inu for sale in Worcester, or seeking a Shiba Inu dog from a breeder in Worcester.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Worcester already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Worcester breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shiba Inu breeders who help with Shiba Inu rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Worcester paves the way for another one to be saved.
