Billy is a 10 pound, one year old male Shihtzu. He has huge light brown eyes that sparkle when you look at him. He is very affactionate, loves to be held and lay on your lap. He likes to cuddle and be tickled too. He loves other dogs, likes cats and children. He likes to go on long walks and does a silly happy dance for a treat.
