Hailey's Story...
Poor Hailey has been brought back to the shelter after being adopted!!! And once again this was NOT her fault. Her most recent person was placed in a nursing home and will not be getting out anytime soon. The person's daughter lives in an apartment that does not allow animals, and there was no where for her to but back to us. Please consider our Hailey girl. She is so depressed right now. Will you be the one to break this rotten string of bad luck Hailey is having? She is a very loving cat, even though she has been let down twice by humans already in her 3 years of life. She purrs all the time and will make a wonderful lap cat for you to snuggle up with when those cold winter months come back. Her little voice will produce the cutest little mew to get your attention. Please consider this beauty she will not let you down the way she has been let down.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hailey, a Brownstown Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Brownstown, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Brownstown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brownstown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brownstown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brownstown paves the way for another one to be saved.
