My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello my name is Liberty! I'm a 6 month old dutch shepherd. I'm located in Chicago, IL but my foster mom is willing to travel up to 6 hours for the perfect family. I'm a little nervous of new people at first and was under socialized. I'm quickly overcoming it and gaining confidence. Once I trust you I'm very loyal and a VERY spunky puppy. I love to wiggle my butt and learning to run with my gangly legs. The first 6 months of my life I didn't have room to move around much. I'm loving my foster mom's big yard. I really hope my new mommy or daddy has a fenced in yard! I also wouldn't do well with kids under 8. I have been around young kids but they scare me.
I am working on my obedience skills and walk great on leash. My foster mom didn't have to train me to walk on leash at all I just always follow her lead. I'm also working on agility courses to gain confidence and doing nose work. When I mature I may be a GREAT working dog, I love to use my nose to find my toys when hidden.
