HISTORY: CHRISTANNA and her siblings CHARISSE, CLOVER, CALLIOPE & CAROLYN were rescued as kittens in 2012  in Santa Fe. Some of the sisters were adopted, but CHRISTANNA, CHARISSE and Calliope are still with Felines & Friends waiting for their forever homes. 
TEMPERAMENT: CHRISTANNA is still a bit shy but she will allow you to pet her if you approach slowly.  She doesn't feel comfortable around small children, but she loves the company of  fellow cats in her foster home. CHRISTANNA also gets along well with gentle dogs.  If CHRISTANNA is not adopted with her good friend BUD LIGHT, she must go to a home with another gentle male cat.   CHRISTANNA is a beautiful girl with a short coat and gray tabby markings.

MISSION STATEMENT

To promote kind and humane treatment of all animals.

To promote understanding of ownership and care of animals.

To promote early spay/neuter of all animals in an effort to reduce the number of unwanted animals euthanized in shelters.

To educate the public as to the health and safety benefits of early spay/neuter.

To provide low/no cost spay/neuter of cats and dogs.

To facilitate Trap/Neuter/Release projects where members of the community are feeding stray animals.

To promote the concept that each individual can make a difference.

Come Meet Our Pets...

ADOPTION CENTERS

Primary: Petco - Cerrillos Rd, Santa Fe
* cats are rotated weekly between foster homes and display
* adoption room to visit the cats during regular store hours
* cages are locked if no volunteer in attendance
* Adoption Advisors available Thursday through Sunday 1pm-4pm or by appointment

Secondary: Teca Tu @ Sanbusco Market Center
500 Montezuma Ave, Santa Fe
* meet the special cat who lives at the store until adopted

MOBILE ADOPTIONS:
* First Saturday of the month at Sanbusco 10am - 1pm
* special adoption events around Santa Fe as advertised
