My name is Tobin and I am known for making the funniest faces. True story.

I am 3 years old, weigh a little over 20 lbs. and I am a darn awesome Buff colored, Cocker Spaniel. That's a true story, too.

I have a lot of puppy energy, but it really only comes from the fact that I want to hug the entire world. I fall crazy in love with every human and pooch who comes a few feet within me.
I love to play, but I only chew on my toys and not on random things in my foster home

. I am completely housebroken, and I am not a nuisance barker.

I am also neutered and UTD on all my shots.
