Ricky is the most precious schnauzer/terrier mix, he is approx 2 yrs old and 35 lbs, he is crate trained although he is not a lover of his crate he would much prefer to be out running and playing with his buddies, he seems to be pretty well house trained, He loves treats and gets very excited at treat time and will come and sit at your feet waiting for his turn, He has a beautiful gray/white coat and is a very sweet dog. He is currently attending a month long training session that is going to make him absolutely perfect!!! Please email jean at lexisangels2@hotmail.com for more information

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ricky, a Rowayton Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Schnauzer (Standard) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Schnauzer (Standard) for sale in Rowayton, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Schnauzer (Standard) dog from a breeder in Rowayton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Rowayton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Rowayton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Schnauzer (Standard) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Schnauzer (Standard) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Rowayton paves the way for another one to be saved.
