My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Moose...M...Great Dane mix...DOB August 2009... contact amata86@comcast.net

Handsome Moose has a wonderful disposition - laid back and gentle but playful too. He was found on his foster family's front yard, limping in pain from worn foot pads, but he is happy and healthy now. He is very affectionate - seeks attention by putting his head under your arm and extending his paw. He loves to be by your side and is a leaner. He loves to chew on bones, plays ball haphazardly, enjoys walks and playing with any dog willing to play with him. He is house and crate trained, walks well on a leash and rides well in a car. He is a good watch dog, barking only when necessary (but has a wimpy bark for his size). Moose is 72 lbs., current on vaccinations, neutered, microchipped and heartworm negative and on preventive. *****If you would like more information about the dog featured above, be sure to send a note to the "Contact Person." This is the person fostering the dog and they will be happy to answer any questions you have. Please don't just show up at Adoption Day expecting every dog to be there. We are limited by the number of volunteers who can help at each Adoption Day. Also, in sending your note to the Contact Person, be sure to include information about yourself, family, home, yard, fence, other pets, work situation, and pet accommodations. This information will help us make the best match between you and one of our dogs
