Kitten 8001's Info...
| Breed: | Domestic Shorthair | Color: | Black (All) | Age: | Young |
| Sex: | Female | ID#: | 8001 | Hair: | Short |
I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.
This very outgoing kitten was found at a very busy shopping center, and the fear of her being ran over was great. She came to live at The Cat House while she awaits that special place she can call home. She really enjoys being around people and purrs as soon as you pick her up. Kitten 8001 would make a great addition to any loving, caring family.

The Cat House on the Kings is California's largest no-cage, no-kill, lifetime cat sanctuary and adoption center located on 12 acres along the Kings River in Parlier, California, which is in the central San Joaquin Valley, southeast of Fresno.
At The Cat House, our mission is to:
1) provide a no-cage, no-kill sanctuary for feral and abandoned cats and kittens for the State of California, primarily serving the Central Valley;
2) facilitate the adoption of cats (primarily), dogs and other rescued animals into safe, loving, healthy and permanent homes;
3) educate the public on how to become directly involved in improving the quality of animal welfare;
4) offer low cost spay and neuter referrals.
You may visit The Cat House Thursday through Monday, 1-4 pm, by appointment only. We also have an off-site adoption center located inside Petco at 4144 N. Blackstone at Ashlan in Fresno, which is open Sun-Fri 9am-5:30pm and Saturday 10am-5:00pm.
All cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, treated for fleas and ear mites, tested for FELV/FIV and microchipped. You must fill out an adoption application and talk directly with one of our adoption coordinators. An adoption contract must be signed at time of adoption.
