T.J.'s Story...
MEET T.J.!!! He is such a photogenic cutie!!!! He is 1 year old and such a love!! We rescued him from Downey about 7 months ago. They were going to kill him for space. He loves to be held and loved! Would love to have other cats to play with. He likes to lay with me on the couch and head butt me. He is great with my 22 month old daughter. She hugs him and gives him kisses all of the time! He has been fixed, tested negative for HIV/Leukemia, and double vaccinated. He is ready for a new home now.

Adoption fee for TJ is $50 for a limited time.

That includes: fixing, combo test, flea treatment, deworming, vaccinations and medications.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

T.J., a Simi Valley Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Simi Valley, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Simi Valley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Simi Valley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Simi Valley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Simi Valley paves the way for another one to be saved.
