I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, and not good with dogs.
Albie is a 2 year old neutered male pit bull mix, approximately 50 pounds and up to date on all vaccinations. Because of his small size and unique appearance, we think he may be mixed with Boston terrier or French bulldog; he was found wandering the streets of Philadelphia, sick and unsocialized. He is living with another dog right now, but they are not getting along - he needs to be in a home where he is the only pet. He has allergies to grass and food, but does well as long as his food is not changed. Albie is crate trained, his basic obedience is good, and he also knows several tricks but he does have anxiety issues which he is on medication for. He needs to go to someone who is familiar with the breed, and will need continued training to help him with his anxiety. He is good with older children; we haven't seen him with small children so I'm not sure how he would be. He is a smart, curious, affectionate dog who needs to be in an environment that is better suited to his needs. If you would like to meet this dog, please contact Diane at TwoPetDox@msn.com

Rescue Group Info...
We are the Burlington County Animal Alliance (BCAA)located in Central New Jersey. We are a non-profit organization 501(3)(c), all volunteer rescue that saves animals from our local shelter and surrounding areas of New Jersey that are in danger of being euthanized. We take them into our program, get them the necessary medical care they need and adopt them back out to loving forever homes. We have 60 volunteers, many that open their homes to foster the homeless animals, we do fundraisers to raise money so we can continue to save the dogs and cats in need. We run strictly on donations from our adoptions and people who support our work.BCAA adopts to families in New Jersey, parts of Southeastern Pennsylvania and parts of New York.
We have weekly adoption events at PetsMart every Saturday from 11:00 am till 2:00 pm at the Eastgate Square Shopping Center, Rt. 38, Moorestown, NJ and PetsMart, 62 Centerton Rd, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054.
Our adoption process starts with the applicant filling out an adoption application for the pet they are interested in. When they have completed and submitted the application, the screening process is started, which consists of a vet check, phone interview and home visit. Once all the steps are completed, we determine, by our findings, if they are approved, and if so, then they are allowed to adopt from our organization. The final step is they must complete the adoption contract, along with the donation for the animal, which goes into our medical fund to defray their medical costs. All of our animals are spayed and neutered, up to date on all their shots, including rabies, they are parasite free and on heartworm preventative.
