This is Irish. What can we say about this big lug of a cat? Well, for starters, we can tell you that he's a survivor with an interesting story. He was born into a feral colony and the only reason he didn't become feral is because he was raised, at the colony, by a homeless man that resided there. Irish and his siblings were what gave this man comfort and something to live for.
We trapped hi
m with other 'ferals', only to find out that he was not feral at all. That is the reason his ear is clipped. Sadly, the homeless man that raised him is in the final stages of cancer, so we took Irish in and are now fostering him.
Outwardly, he has the appearance of a Jack Dempsey. Rough around the edges and big and burly. Inwardly, he has the soul of a poet. Think James Joyce or W.B. Yeats, famous Irish poets.
He gets along with other cats and has a soft side for kittens. He's seen the darker side of life, but now is deserving of a person or family to call his own and a soft place to lay his head at night. Can you or someone you know give him this? He won't disappoint you, we promise.
