Hendrix's Story...
Hendrix would really, really love a home of his own. This gentle little soul is grateful for the foster home he has, but if he could have his own family, he'd be very happy. He is about 1 year old and although he lives among other cats, he'd probably prefer to be by himself or to have one or two cat friends. He is not an alpha male, so he'd love to have some cat buddies that understand his gentleness and not take it for a sign of weakness. He's really a very lovely little boy and he is available for adoption now!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hendrix, a seal beach Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in seal beach, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in seal beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in seal beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a seal beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in seal beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
