12/19/2007 -- UPDATE! Sable is healthy and would LOVE to find her own forever home. She is super loveable and enjoys laying on the couch with her head in my lap! What a doll!
09/03/2007 -- UPDATE! Sable was treated for heartworm on August 13th and is now ready for adoption. The treatment for heartworm included a 6-week period of complete inactivity as the heartworms were dying. Sable has been such a good girl through all of this but she will be very happy when she finally gets settled in her forever home! If you are interested in adopting this lovely young girl, please submit your application soon! Sable loves to play with the other dogs but can be a little dominant and would do best in a home with a male dog. Another female dog would probably not work. This little girl is just a darling who loves to hug and play. She even fetches!
Sable is a young black & white female Siberian Husky, about 1-1/2 years old. She tested POSITIVE FOR HEARTWORM and will be treated soon. We are seeking help from the public to assist us with her vet bills, which will be significant. This little one is really worth saving. She is sweet, cute, fun and really deserves a chance to be healthy! Donations can be made by clicking the Paypal link below or sending your donation to our address, also listed below. Any and all contributions will be gratefully accepted! Sable is spayed and up to date on all vaccinations.
