My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bio Update 1/23/2013 : Katie's personality comes out more everyday. She is full of energy, loves to play nonstop and loves to play with her furbaby sisters. She is a very busy little girl who loves her toys as well as everyone else’s. She still uses foster mom’s bed for her toy as well as shoes and anything she can grab and run with. I always know where to look when I can't find something. Katie chews anything and everything. I've given her hard toys but she still will chew up other things. Not sure how to break her of this, but it is a work in progress. She is a dog who would rather play than be held. She does not like a crate and sleeps with foster mom. She needs another dog to play with or someone who is home most of the time to entertain her. Her best friend Karle has been adopted and Katie is patiently waiting her turn. If you have lots of energy and time, she's perfect for you.

Bio Update: 111/4/12 Katie here!! It’s been a while but I've been busy chasing squirrels and pestering my oldest sister. I like to hide from foster mom and dig in her yard which she tells me to stop. My foster mom is somewhat confused at my recent behavior. I have begun to poo on foster mom's bed which gets me in big trouble. I also keep fighting with my oldest sister. She's much bigger than I am, 14 lbs to be exact but I still want to fight with her. Foster mom says the word "NO" is a foreign word to me. We are working on manners which I'm oblivious to. I'm still the cutest kid on the block.

Bio Update 08/12/2012 Wt 5.4 lbs Katie had her physical and shots last week. She is in good health. Her personality comes out more and more each day. She has the bossiness and sass of a 120 lb dog, yet she loves to be held, gives lots of kisses and is never without her best friend, Karle. They are a pair! I gave Karle a bath and Katie kept jumping up and down until the bath was over and Katie made sure everything was okay with Karle. They play and sleep together. They prefer not to be in FM's bed but do sleep together at night. Their bedtime is 9 - 9:30 pm. They are like two little kids, they get crabby and testing right before it is bedtime.

Katie knows when she has done something wrong and will cuddle up to smooth things over. Her personality is very versatile!! She started hiding from me outside and inside. She tries to hide in the bushes and when I find her, the next time she'll go to a different bush. She also likes to chase the squirrels. She tried her best to climb the tree to get that squirrel, which was teasing the daylights out of her.

Initial Bio 08/05/12 Katie came into rescue with all fours running and made sure everyone knew that she was here and in charge. She is a very loving dog who likes to be held and loved. She gets along well with the other dogs (4( and doesn't hesitate to put them in their place. She was right at home the minute I picked her up. She and Karle were brought into care together. They were found running the streets together.
