Other Pets at Shelter...

Reef is an adorable playful girl. She was found with her 3 siblings struggling to survive in the rain & cold last November as tiny 1 lb. kittens. Her siblings have been adopted and we cannot imagine why she has not - although she is growing up and so many want to adopt tiny kittens. Reef is pretty easy going and gets along with about everyone, including dogs. But does get a little stressed at adoption days. Reef would love to find her forever home. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you'd like to meet Reef. An adoption fee and application will be necessary to adopt.
Rescue Group Info...
Capic is a group of volunteers who specialize in TNR (Trap Neuter Return). We are a 501C3 Accredited Charity. We gladly accept monetary donations as well as cat food, towels, supplies and bedding. New volunteers are always welcome.
We go into neighborhoods to help local residents
with the feral/free roaming cat problem, often times helping solve the unwanted cat/kitten problem by trap/neuter/spay/return and adoptions.
Our local adoption events are held one Saturday per month at Belle Mead Animal Hospital, 872 US Highway 206, Hillsborough, NJ
Please contact us if you are interested in one of our pets and we can set up an appt. to have you meet.
We require an adoption application be filled out before adopting. This will be furnished upon request. Our fees vary depending on if the pet is old enough for spay/neuter and how much vetting was required according to it's age.
A contract must be signed agreeing to have the pet spayed and neutered if it is still to young at the time of adoption. We provide information about low cost spay / neuter options.
We are located in Central New Jersey and do cat rescue mainly in Somerset, Middlesex and Hunterdon Counties.
We do not have a shelter or building, but are a foster based network woh can foster a limited quantity of cats. We hold monthly adoption days at Belle Mead Animal Hospital and pets can be seen at our foster homes by appointment.
