Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Nicky is an alert, loyal, and protective, six-year-old, 60-pound, female, shepherd-mix with warm brown eyes looking for a loving guardian. Nicky is fully housebroken, crate-trained and is a very loyal and loving companion to her person. She has typical traits of a German Shepherd who bonds very closely to one person or family. Nicky wasn't well socialized as a puppy so she has a lot of fear issues
. She is not fond of little children, dogs and cats. So, she is looking for a quiet home where her person will dote on her, so she can lavish her love right back. Nicky is okay for short rides in the car, but road trips are terrifying for her. So, she is looking for someone who likes to stay put and doesn't have a chaotic house with a lot of visitors. She adores the in-doors, but also enjoys going on walks with her person.
Nicky is healthy, spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, micro-chipped, heartworm-tested and on preventative. To get more information on Nicky or to get an adoption application emailed to you, please contact Ray at colonelchisholm@sbcglobal.net Her adoption donation of $200 benefits the rescued dogs of Lucky Dog Rescue.
