Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Rosie, 5 years old Apricot blind Toy Poodle tiny 6lbs.
So we were contacted by a volunteer from a shelter in UT about Rosie, who is an extremely sweet tiny Poodle who is being fostered by her in Ogden UT. This is what her foster Mom wrote about Rosie:
Rosie, is a 5-year old female Toy Poodle. She came in to the Weber County Shelter as a stray. Rosie is blind, although you wouldn’t know it when she looks up at you with those big eyes. We don’t know the cause of her blindness, but we know that it isn’t glaucoma, diabetes, cataracts, or high blood pressure. Rosie is currently living with two other dogs, a miniature Pooodle and Terrier/Lab. She is spayed and current on Rabies.
They are hoping that someone will see this post close by and want to adopt her, if not Rosie will be helped by Toy Poodle Rescue. Everyone should know that blind Poodles do extremely well and as long as they can small and hear they do great, and Rosie is proof of that and will adjust well to a new home.
Please do not contact us, please contact her foster Mom by emailing: michael.collins7 at comcast.net
