Obie (Declawed)'s Story...
Obie is short for Obi-Juan Kenobi. He is a "gentle giant!" He weighs about 14 pounds and is one big, friendly, loving kitty!
"Obie" lived with a family with other cats, dogs and kids, so Obie is very social and easy-going! Obie is fun loving and will keep you company on the computer and as you go about your day.
Obie is an orange tuxedo or you could call him an orange tabby. He has large, pretty green eyes to match with a very sweet "meow."
If you are looking for one super BIG kitty that is very loving and sweet, Obie is for you!
Obie was already neutered, up to date on shots, dewormed and tested NEG for Felv/FIV.
He now has a microchip and Obie was declawed previously.
All pets with our rescue come with a two week trial. Ask for Obie!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Obie (Declawed), a Duluth Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Duluth, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Duluth.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Duluth already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Duluth breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Duluth paves the way for another one to be saved.
