Domestic Shorthair Cat for adoption in Modesto, California - Pheobe

Pheobe's Info...

Breed: Domestic Shorthair Color: Tortoiseshell Age: Young
Sex: Female Hair: Short

I am already spayed, a special needs pet, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, good with kids, not good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Pheobe's Story...
This is Pheobe. She truly needs to be rescued by an experienced cat person. She was a stray being fed by an elderly woman for several years. The woman had to leave her home due to poor health but Phoebe stayed on the property. She was getting very skinny so some family members brought her to us. Sadly, tests revealed that she is a FIV positive cat. So she has some special needs. She will need to stay indoors only. Otherwise, she has the potential to live a very long and normal life..especially now that she is off the street! She is very sweet and loving. She loves to snuggle up beside you at night. She would do best as an only kitty. She is probably 4 or 5 years old. Can you find it in your heart to rescue this little girl? She deserves to live the rest of her life with a family of her own.

Our Adoption Process...
$40-60 to adopt a cat. $90-150 for popular breeds. Higher rates for animals who get adopted very quickly help fund the care of those who need a longer stay in their foster homes and/or expensive veterinary care.

All cats are altered, vaccinated with a 3-in-1 and rabies (underage kittens will receive rabies free of charge when old enough). All potential adopters will be interviewed. Full return policy if adoption does not work out.

Contact us via the contact form at: www.catnetworkofstanislaus.org or email us at: feralfriend2012@yahoo.com

A volunteer will get back to you within 48 hr.

Cat Network does not take cats for fostering from the public. We will however assist you in finding homes for strays as much as we can.
