Barney Blue ($150 off)'s Story...
Barney and his friend Betty Blue were abandoned after a trailer fire. They were found still living under the remains of the home. Barney appears to be a Mastiff mix, though he is not as large as a Mastiff,he weighs 68lbs and is around 2 1/2 yrs old. He is a sweet boy and he loves to "talk"to you! He gets along great with little kids, as they had children in the home previously. Barney desperately needs a place in a home that will love him and not leave him to fend for himself. Please adopt this sweet boy!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Barney Blue ($150 off), a Brattleboro Mastiff dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Mastiff for sale in Brattleboro, or seeking a Mastiff dog from a breeder in Brattleboro.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brattleboro already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brattleboro breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Mastiff breeders who help with Mastiff rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brattleboro paves the way for another one to be saved.
