Betty Blue (URGENT)'s Story...
Betty Blue and her pal Barney were abandoned after a trailer fire. They have been found living under the rubble waiting for someone to rescue them. She is a beagle/blue heeler mix that is a year or so old. She recently weaned puppies and they are all in rescue care now. Betty is friendly, happy, eager to please and desperate for a home where she will be loved. The folks that owned the trailer were not feeding or caring for them so it's time for her to finally find a safe place. They had two small children so Betty is great with kids. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Betty Blue (URGENT), a Beacon Beagle/Australian Cattle Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle/Australian Cattle Dog for sale in Beacon, or seeking a Beagle/Australian Cattle Dog dog from a breeder in Beacon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Beacon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Beacon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle/Australian Cattle Dog breeders who help with Beagle/Australian Cattle Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Beacon paves the way for another one to be saved.
