Tater/Tate Adopted!'s Info...
I am already neutered, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.
My name is Tater and I am in a great foster home and doing really well. I am a blond, 1-2 year old, male cocker spaniel with a long tail. I was found running down a country road with another cocker and a puppy. Then this nice boy came along and took all of us to his house. The family contacted rescue to take us, but then decided to give the other two cockers away to some neighbors. I came to rescue because this nice CCR lady came by to see us, just after they had been sent away. I have been treated for hooks and worms and I am heartworm negative and a healthy boy. I am a very nice, smaller, medium cocker boy, and dog social. These rescue folks tell me that I am a very nice looking blonde boy and that I will make someone very happy to adopt me. I seem to be good around small children, and overall, a very sweet guy. I have gone to the groomer because a shorter coat makes it easier for CCR to care for me. But, I had a difficult time with it, so I will need a good groomer who can be patient and work with me, as and I am not too fond of the clippers. I also had a very difficult time with my bath, so I guess I just don't like being put in the water! It will also be best for me to be fed separately if I am adopted to a home with another dog social pal. I would love to find a new family to love me and a home to call my own. I am a real cutie, very friendly and these rescue folks say that I deserve to find my way to a great home. It would be so nice to have someone love me for the special boy that I am. Please give me the chance that I deserve to have a great life. I would love to be your new best friend and a great companion. Please come to see me . . . I would love to meet you!
