Hank's Story...
UPDATE......Not sure you are ready to adopt, ask us about fostering! This little guy was found on the side of the road with his brothers and sisters. Looking for his forever home. Lots of fun, loves attention, he will just about turn himself inside out while he is in his kennel wanting to come out and spend time. He is doing well with leash training and took a few walks in and out of Tractor Supply this weekend. Working on kennel training and walking on a leash. He is about 6 months old.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hank, a Fort Valley Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever for sale in Fort Valley, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Fort Valley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fort Valley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fort Valley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fort Valley paves the way for another one to be saved.
